Booking Process with Qualified Pet Services

Booking with us is simple and straightforward. Follow these steps to ensure your pets receive the best care possible:

Step 1: Complete the Booking Request Form

  • New Clients: Start by filling out our Booking Request Form or Pet Taxi Request Form. These forms collect all the necessary information about you and your pets, helping us understand your needs.
  • Returning Clients: If you’ve booked with us before, you can either fill out the Booking Request Form again or directly contact the Owner via text, call, or email to request a booking.
  • Pet Taxi Requests: Each Pet Taxi request requires a corresponding form to be filled out, ensuring we have accurate information for every pickup and drop-off location.

Step 2: Fill Out the Pet Emergency Contact Form

  • Important: Every client must complete a Pet Emergency Contact Form. This ensures we have all the necessary information to act quickly in case of an emergency.

Step 3: Review and Estimate

  • After submitting your forms, we will review the details and reach out to discuss your request. During this conversation, we’ll provide an estimate based on the services requested.

Step 4: Confirm Your Booking

  • Once all details are finalized and you’re comfortable with the arrangements, we’ll confirm your booking and have you sign the service agreement for your requests dates. Ensure to review and agree to our policies listed in the service agreement as well as our Policies page.

Step 5: Schedule a Meet & Greet

  • Meeting Your Pet Service Provider: After confirming your booking, we’ll arrange a Meet & Greet with your designated Pet Service Provider. This meeting allows you and your pets to get acquainted with the Pet Service Provider and go over any specific instructions. Meet & Greets are only scheduled with clients who have selected dates for their booking, as our Pet Service Providers’ availabilities vary. The dates you choose will help determine which Pet Service Provider will be available for you.

Step 6: Provide Access to Your Home

  • During the Meet & Greet, provide your Pet Service Provider with a key or door code to access your home. Additionally, supply any necessary gate or garage codes.

Step 7: Payment

  • Regular Bookings: Payment is required 3 days prior to the first booking date.
  • Holiday Bookings: Payment is required 7 days prior to the first booking date.
  • Next-Day Bookings: Payment is required on the day of booking. A next-day booking fee applies.
  • Same-Day Bookings: Must be paid prior to the start of the booking. A same-day booking fee applies.
  • Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or Cash App Pay through Square. Cash and check payments are also accepted but must be cleared by the payment due date.

  • With all steps completed, you can rest assured that your pets are in good hands. Our team of veterinary-experienced, professional, and background-checked Pet Service Providers will take excellent care of your pets.
