Booking with Qualified Pet Services is simple and straightforward. Here’s what to expect:
1. Submit a Booking Request
Complete the Booking Request Form with your dates, services, and pet details.
Returning clients may use the Repeat Client Booking Request Form or contact us directly.
Pet Taxi requests require the Pet Taxi Request Form.
2. Complete the Pet Emergency Contact Form
The Pet Emergency Contact Form is required for all bookings and ensures we have the necessary information on file in case of an emergency.
3. Review & Estimate
Once your request is received, we’ll review the details, check availability, and follow up with an estimate.
4. Confirm Your Booking
To secure your dates, we’ll send over your service agreement. Once signed, your booking will be confirmed.

5. Schedule a Meet & Greet
We’ll connect you with your Pet Service Provider to schedule a Meet & Greet. This allows us to review your pet’s routine and ensure everyone is comfortable.
Meet & Greets are scheduled after booking confirmation, as sitter availability is based on your selected dates.
6. Home Access
During the Meet & Greet, you’ll provide your Pet Service Provider with access to your home (key, lockbox, or codes).
7. Payment
Payment is required prior to the start of your booking:
- Regular bookings: 3 days prior
- Holiday bookings: 7 days prior
- Next-day bookings: same day
- Same-day bookings: prior to service
Payment can be made digitally via credit card, debit card, or Cash App Pay through Square. Cash and check payments are also accepted, but must be cleared by the payment due date; otherwise, an alternate form of payment will be required.
8. Relax
You can feel confident knowing your pets are in experienced, professional hands. Our team provides reliable, in-home care tailored to your pet’s needs.
