June 21st marked our 3-year anniversary, and we couldn’t have reached this milestone without the trust and support of our amazing clients. Whether you’ve been with us since the beginning or just recently joined the QPS family, we’re thankful for every opportunity to care for your pets.
With that in mind, we want to share an important update.
Beginning August 1st, 2025, Qualified Pet Services will implement a small pricing adjustment — our first-ever rate change since opening.
For the past three years, we’ve worked hard to keep our rates steady despite rising inflation and operating costs. However, in order to continue providing the high-quality, veterinary-informed care you’ve come to expect — and to ensure fair compensation for our team of experienced sitters — this change is a necessary and thoughtful step forward.
What You Need to Know:
- All services taking place on or after August 1st will reflect our updated pricing.
- Any new bookings scheduled for dates on or after August 1st will be billed at the new rate.
We understand that changes like these can feel unexpected, and we’re committed to being transparent, fair, and client-focused every step of the way. Your loyalty has helped shape who we are, and we look forward to continuing to serve your pets with the same dedication and heart as always.
